Visiting the office

Somatrix is located in Portland, Oregon in the Central East Side. Location will be provided during new patient onboarding.

Please feel free to park for free on the street around the building.

Our office building is ADA compliant and accessible to people with disabilities.

Office etiquette

  • Kindly arrive on time

  • You will be received in the lobby at the time of your appointment.

  • Please use headphones and mute your cell phone to avoid disturbing sessions in progress.

Cancellation Policy

Somatrix requires a 24 hours cancellation notice to avoid being charged a full session fee. Please cancel by emailing intakes@somatrixpsychiatry.com or calling 503-212-8407.

If there are multiple cancellations or reschedule requests, your clinician may not be able to hold regular space in their schedule

Crisis Support

Somatrix does not offer urgent appointments or responses. While client needs will be resounded to promptly Somatrix does not offer same day appointments or crisis support.
